Who should consider it?
This bundle may suit someone who wants a camcorder shape with separate IR lighting and common accessories. Check the fixed-focus working distance before planning close-up shots. Digital zoom crops or enlarges the picture; it does not replace an optical zoom lens.
The handgrip supports the camera but is not a motorized stabilizer. Test the camera with the IR light at the actual distance you intend to film. A bright center spot and dark edges can make coverage less useful than the advertised resolution suggests.
