Ebook downloads purchased directly on HauntGears.com come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your ebook, contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a full refund of the ebook purchase price. The guarantee applies even if you have already downloaded the ebook.
How to request an ebook refund
- Email support@hauntgears.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and the ebook title so we can locate your order.
- Use “Ebook refund request” as your subject line.
No physical return is needed for a digital download. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. If you need help finding your order or accessing a download, please contact HauntGears.
