One light, two battery choices

The Streamlight ProTac 1L-1AA accepts one CR123A lithium battery or one AA alkaline or lithium battery. The battery choice changes its high-mode performance.

• CR123A: 350 lumens, rated 160-meter beam and 1.5-hour high-mode runtime.
• AA: 150 lumens and a rated 105-meter beam. Streamlight lists different runtimes for alkaline and lithium AA cells.

Simple carrying and mode choices

The aluminum-bodied light has a tail switch and TEN-TAP programming. Programs include high/strobe/low, high only, and low/high. Its IPX7 rating is subject to the manufacturer’s immersion test conditions.

Before buying

Check which batteries, clip and holster are included in the selected retailer package. For filming or quiet observation, choose a steady mode to avoid accidental strobe in recordings. Carry a compatible spare cell if you expect an extended session.
